Abstract Guidelines

Call for Abstracts and innovative forms of Conference participation

The conference organising committee is pleased to invite presenters to submit abstracts for:

1) individual oral presentation.
2) poster presentation, and/or,
3) panel abstracts to be delivered at the conference,
4) panel initiative from Disabled People Organisations (DPOs),
5) Should participants wish to present artwork or other cultural material at the conference, this can also be addressed in the call for abstract process.

Here are the guidelines for submitting research abstracts:

1. Submissions must be written in English up to 250 words.
2. Panel submissions for disability advocates and civil society organisations can be in Bahasa Indonesia stating the topic of the panel presentation.
3. Abstracts must be submitted in the template provided.
4. Every effort will be made to accommodate the presenter/author presentation preference however the organising committee will allocate the presentation to best suit the conference program. 
5. The invitation to submit an abstract and to present your research or work at the conference does not constitute an offer to pay travel expenses, and accommodation during your participation. 
6. The successful presenters are not required to pay conference fees or any other fee associated with participation.
